I am open to taking on more clients who are affiliate marketers, advertising agencies, and private CPAs.
Who I am/what I do.
My name is Stefani Gebo. I am an online accounting manager (AKA The Happy Organizer), which means I can do everything except file your taxes. I started my independent business because I could make more of a difference by working for multiple clients rather than an individual company.
I often collect and pay out weekly for my affiliate marketing clients. My other services include invoicing, monthly reconciliation, budget projections, end-of-the-year reports and 1099s (for all of your affiliates/partners), and more.
I currently partner with Cost-per-Action (CPA) Networks, advertisers and affiliates, as well as various industries and online businesses such as real estate, construction, security, etc.
My strengths
I have 25+ years of experience as an accounting manager, working with affiliate marketers and advertisers and various other industries.
I am an expert in Quickbooks and Everflow and am always open to learning other software programs related to this field.
My work ethic is almost OCD. I am reliable because I follow a strict schedule to ensure that all work is done on time, and I am a prompt communicator who will immediately tell the team if I’ve found any mistakes in their books.
My clients never worry if something will get done because I have likely already completed it.

I am detail-oriented. I enjoy organizing (hence my company name!), finding and fixing mistakes, and completing projects. I thrive on watching and being a part of an underdog affiliate marketing business that succeeds in becoming a multi-million dollar company. I’m flexible. I adapt my methods to work within the framework of various industries. I can meet the versatile requirements of small businesses and the more robust accounting services needed by larger companies. In short, I can scale & grow with your business so you’ll never be hung out to dry when the financial storm clouds start gathering.

What work/niche don’t I do?
I am not a certified public accountant, so I cannot file taxes, but I can prepare everything for your CPA.
