“Oldies but goodies” A term coined by Art Laboe, a man known for bridging racial divides through music passed away at 97 (my grandfather’s age) this past October right here in Palm Springs, CA. I remember performing ‘Angel Baby’ for my 6th grade talent show (my Nana’s) favorite song. He kept La Raza alive and well and brought pride to La Cultura.

Dec 30th, just a day before New Years Eve🍾 I told myself that I had what a took to make my car hustle happen. And I did…From negotiating a great rate, to successfully attaining a 3rd party lender 💵 (my credit union), and what seemed to be an endless day of driving all over town in crazy ⛈ weather, the stars ✨ aligned.

The Holidays ❄️ ⛄️ are always a busy season as a Property Manager and Airbnb Host. I am grateful to have listened to all the things that have brought me to this point as an organizational leader, consultant, and entrepreneur. ………………………………………..
If it wasn’t for hiring me, ny client would not have known about potential damage to her airbnb moneymaker due to inclement weather and other external factors that could effect her 5 ⭐️ listing. When clients invest in risk management(me) what they really are investing in is in lon-term sustainability, liability prevention, and so much more. I love what I do and do what I love. There is simply no other way 💫
