Scooby is terrified of fireworks. He’s normally not allowed on the bed at the beach but tonight was an exception. He literally climbed onto our laps in fear.

More advise needed! First, can you do a herringbone type layout with carrara tile and look aesthetically pleasing? Second, what are the disadvantages of this pattern besides using more tile?

Weather has been bad this week which has slowed progress down some but today the sun is out. The septic tank is finally hooked up to the house (hurrah!) and today’s plan is to get the old water pipes out (pex going in) and the kitchen cabinets painted. Let’s see how much can be accomplished! 🤞
