Hello Friends!!

Jed and I made one final vacation rental property purchase, and it is an awesome space! This is a 2-bedroom 2 bath condo on the penthouse level (23rd floor) of the same building where we live in beautiful Panama City Beach. We just completed renovations which included: deep cleaning every surface, all new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new furnishings, replaced all lighting fixtures, new luxury towels and bedspreads, 70in TV in living room, 55in TVs in both bedrooms, kitchen backsplash, and lots of fun décor. I hope you love it as much as we do!

Two loungers and an umbrella are provided on the beach for each day of your stay (weather permitting) from March 15 - October 31st. Plus, we have two dedicated parking spaces you can use during your stay.

The 300 sq ft private balcony with 180-degree views is definitely one largest and best in all of Panama City Beach.

The condo features a king bed in both bedrooms and if needed a sofa bed with an upgraded pullout, memory foam mattress. Each bedroom has access to a full-sized bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen enables you to prepare and share a meal with your family either in the dining room or outside on the balcony.

Jed and I manage, clean and maintain our condos ourselves and are dedicated to making sure your vacation home is the best can be for your family.

We are accepting weekly direct bookings which would allow you to save hundreds in VRBO booking fees. Let me know if you might be interested in booking with us this year!

Hello Pinnacle Port Friends!! Jed and I wanted to let you know about our new Panama City Beach property at Portside Resort. We bought the townhome a couple months ago and it is now available for short term rentals. From this home, the beach is just an eight-minute walk or a two-minute drive the beach. It has two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs plus an additional vanity area in the master bedroom. Downstairs you will find a roomy living dining area, a great kitchen, a half bath and a laundry area with a full-sized washer / dryer. There is also an outdoor closet, with tons of beach toys and equipment as well as a wagon you can bring to the beach. The resort has an incredible waterfall pool with hot tub, two additional pools (one of which is heated in the winter), three tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball hoops, a workout room and a huge community center with books, games and a pool table! Parking is right in front of the unit, so no hunting for a space or waiting on elevators. Fun fact, unlike most condos in the area, Portside allows you to park a golf cart on the property. You could potentially rent a golf cart rather a car for your stay and spend your days cruising up and down Front Beach Road.

2020 Renovation Pictures. Better late than never. In November we got rid of the last of the original gold paint. We painted both bedrooms and the half bath downstairs. We also purchased all new living room furniture which includes a new sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel foam mattress and fun swivel, rocker chairs. I also found some great new décor like the surfboard in the stairwell and the seahorse lamp. We are booked for the summer at this time, but come check out the updates this fall!! Book early to save your spot.

Our story

After over a year of researching the condos up and down Panama City Beach we finally found our future and forever home at Pinnacle Port. We fell in love as soon as we drove onto the property. The lake, the landscaping, and even the palm trees in the parking lot give this place a private, resort type of feeling. You feel far, far away from the traffic and crowds of the other parts of Panama City Beach and 30A; and yet access to both areas is only minutes away. It truly is a wonderful place to "come home to" at the end of a busy day.
