Duna Vista Beach Rental House Come enjoy our family Pentwater beach house which has one of the best unobstructed views on the west coast of Michigan! The house has been updated.

Our beach house is a 2 story framed beach house built in the 1970’s. The main floor has one bedroom, a living room, kitchen and dining area, and a full bath. All rooms (except the bathroom!) have full beach views. The second floor has one bedroom, a great room, which has 5 beds, and a large bathroom with shower /laundry facilities. ble. The west side of the house has a large deck facing the beach with stairs that bring you down to the sand. The beach is a few hundred feet off the deck. The east side of the house has a small deck perfect for reading a great book and a badminton court

The south side of the house has a 2 mile unobstructed view of the lake and shoreline. There is a sand play area on this side of the house (great for a game of bocce). The north side of the house is the driveway entrance. The house is part of an association which provides a pool, tennis courts, basketball, picnic tables, beach fire pits, and kid’s playground equipment. They also provide garbage service.
