Montague-Ridall & Associates is a student run, professionally- driven organization that has developed industry leaders and Temple University Alumni. The company is managed by Assistant Dean Jeffrey Montague and Professor & Director Richard Ridall, and is operated by two Senior Professional Development Seminar branches within the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. Seniors with interests

in Tourism, Hospitality, Sports and Recreation Management make up a uniquely diverse population of employees at Montague-Ridall & Associates. Our shared passion for global integration, community support, and the development of interpersonal social intelligence is fostered both inside and out of the classroom. Associates are challenged intellectually as well as developmentally throughout the semester-long experience by taking on tasks and leadership roles. There are no ceilings restraining our potential to grow as students, professionals, and future industry leaders; simply opportunities. Montague-Ridall & Associates gives each associate the opportunity to implement learned skills and abilities into a functional business environment, and seasons all associates in preparation for successful industry careers
