We are making progress!! Right before Christmas we had the channel behind the cabins dredged. 66 tri-axel dump truck loads were taken out and dumped on the cabin property to keep the costs down. Then it has to be left alone to dry out…as you can see my son and grandson standing on top of it. It was over 4’ tall in some areas! We started spreading it out a couple of weeks ago to get ready for all new grass. I’m so thankful for my husband for all of the hard work he has put in so we can open our season on time! This past weekend we were able to get all of the grass seed and straw down!! Next week we will hopefully be putting in the new driveway. It’s been a lot of work but the channel looks so clean and our plan is to be able to have a pier behind each cabin like there used to be 30 years ago! Now praying for warm weather so our grass will grow!!

Dredging has begun at the cabins!!

Thank you to all of our guests this year! We are beyond blessed with this being our first year owning and running Muskie Hollow Resort. It was a great summer. This winter we are taking several trees down along the channel and we are also having the entire channel dredged! This will hopefully allow boats in the channel behind each cabin! We are hoping everything will be put back together for the start of next season. Also stay tuned to the website for additional exciting news for next season. Again thank you to all of our renters this past season and we look forward to seeing you all next summer!

A little exciting news at the cabins! We have renovated the last two cabins here at the resort. We have added a small stall shower and hot water to both of these cabins. This has also opened up more availability. So if your dates weren't available go back to our website at www.muskiehollow.com to see if they are available now! We have had a great response from our renters about the showers and hot water. Dates are filling up fast! Come and make some special memories with your family on beautiful Kuhn Lake!

There are some exciting things happening at the cabins! Thanks to this cold weather (which isn’t great for our construction company but a bonus for Muskie Hollow) my guys have been able to work on a few upgrades that we are very excited about! I am so ready for spring to come so we can start spring cleaning and getting everything ready for summer! Stay tuned...😊
