My annual beach house listing! Sorry it’s so late this year! Another crazy year! We don’t have much left but here is what’s available!

Plus a $125 cleaning fee to be added

2 bedrooms - sleeps 7
1 queen, 2 twin, a queen pull out couch and a couch
Full kitchen , living room , washer dryer, 1.5 bathrooms , 2 ocean view balconies, grill and 3 beach passes included. Right across the street from the beach and boardwalk!

May 28- June 1st - 1000 (4 nights )
June 1st- June 8th- 1500 - rented out ❤️
June 8-15th - 1600
June 22-29 - 2200 (normally 2500)
Aug 31 - sept 7- 2200 (normally 2500)
Sept 7-14th - 1500
Sept 14-21 - 1300
Sept 21-28 - 1200

Deposit to hold date is $500 and the remainder is due 6 weeks before stay. This is all that is left this year ❤️❤️

Halloween special!

October 29th- November 1st (3 nights) $500! If you want the cleaner it is $125 otherwise you can just leave it clean when you leave. This will be the last date until May 2022!

Arcades, aquarium and candy shop are all open as well as the new park is up and running just a few blocks away! Six flags is about a 25 minute drive away!

Come relax for the weekend! Watch the sunrise, shop around town, walk the boardwalk and go to the aquarium! It’s a beautiful time of year to be here 💙

Steal number 2! May 24th - 27th (3 night stay midweek) $700 and I will throw in the cleaning! ($125 value)

This is a great time. May is beautiful in point pleasant beach! The later into the season means the prices go up a bit. Get it before it’s in season pricing!
