On Wed, 7/24, Walt Disney World will introduce Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass, replacing Genie+. Depending on the attraction, both options will allow you to skip the regular lines and access your favorite attractions faster via the Lightning Lane across all four theme parks. Best of all, Disney Resort Guests can make their selections up to 7 days prior to check-in, so you're good to go onsite.

Who loves the Mickey Mouse Jack-o-Lantern Halloween Wreaths at Magic Kingdom? Well, set your alarms….beginning July 22nd, the Disney Store will be selling them for the first time! 🎃
While the magical, twinkling Main Street wreaths are 26 inches wide, the wreaths for sale through the Disney Store will be a bit smaller at 16 inches wide (but still amazing)!

🚢 Royal Caribbean - Quantum of the Seas - 7 night Alaska cruise 2024 highlights!
Last, but certainly not least: Victoria, British Columbia Canada 🇨🇦
The ship docked and we got off around 5 pm and wanted to explore downtown. It was a short shuttle ride and only $15 per person round trip. There were so many things to do and see, but this made the most sense for the time we had.
The downtown area was the cleanest and most beautiful I had ever seen. The weather was absolutely perfect and we all fell in love with Victoria. The band playing by the Wharf, the plethora of restaurants and bars to sit, relax, and take it all in…. it was picturesque.
Our friend heard about an old school arcade in a basement in Victoria so of course we had to find it! We walked into Quazar’s Arcade and were transported to our childhood with arcade games like Donkey Kong, Pac-man, MarioKart, tons of pinball machines…. you name it they had it so we grabbed our buckets of quarters and went to town.
After working up an appetite we walked along the bay to Swan’s, a family friendly brewery and restaurant with an extensive menu. They seated our party of 11 right away. Every single thing we ordered was amazing and we got our taste of an English pub we’d been looking for with some delicious bangers and mash and some exceptional corn dogs.
Victoria, we can’t wait to come back and explore more of your beautiful city! ♥️

🚢 Royal Caribbean - Quantum of the Seas - 7 night Alaska cruise 2024 highlights!
Third stop: Endicott Arm - Dawes Glacier & Juneau, Alaska 🏔️
We started the morning viewing a glacier from our balcony…. It did not seem real! The most peaceful experience and all we had to do was roll out of bed.
Later that day we ported in Juneau and as soon as you step off the ship you are downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. We booked a ride with Juneau Taxi ahead of time to Mendenhall Glacier visitor center (not all taxi’s or ride shares are allowed to drop off and pick-up there so check ahead of time). Also, I recommend purchasing your passes for the national park ahead of time to save money. From the visitors center you can choose from several different hikes including Photo Point Trail (paved and very easy) and Nugget Falls Trail (fairly easy and about 2 miles….well worth it!) The view of the falls and seeing the glacier from that point of view was incredible and of course we had to touch the water and yes it is very cold 😂. Once we were ready we called our Juneau taxi and they were back within 15 mins to pick us up you can also schedule your pick up time ahead.
Steps away from the ship we stopped into Alaskan Brewing to get an appetizer and a drink and it did not disappoint!

Second stop: Skagway, Alaska 🚂
The beauty of Skagway is truly unbelievable, from the minute the ship got close I was in awe! We docked and saw a familiar sight the Disney Wonder ♥️ with the most beautiful backdrop. We couldn’t wait to go explore!
We booked the White Pass Scenic Railway excursion through Royal Caribbean and the train was steps away from the ship. It was very accommodating for our accessibility needs and the crew was helpful and engaging the entire trip. We could not have asked for better weather or more incredible sights. I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. The whole trip took about 3 hours and you have the option to get off downtown or head back to the port where you started. Half of us decided to get off downtown and explore. Their downtown looks like it is straight out of a movie.
First stop Klondike Doughboy’s for everyone! This unique fry bread was so fresh and delicious and hit the spot. The line was a little intimidating, but they have obviously been doing this for a long time and handled the crowd well. Worth the wait!!!
After our snack it was time for lunch and we enjoyed a refreshing drink and delicious food at Skagway Brewing Co. I thought I was just ordering a hotdog, but their beer chili was out of this world!
We had plenty of time to get back to be ship so we decided to walk around downtown and shop. It was a very short walk to the port and the views were incredible! Win win.

First stop: Sitka, Alaska 🦅
The views from our balcony heading into Sitka were incredibly peaceful and serene. Once off the ship we took the free shuttle into downtown and it was a short walk to Sitka National Historical Park (Totum Trail). The views were breathtaking and we got to see lots of beautiful eagles along the way.
After our scenic hike we went downtown to get some lunch and found a quaint restaurant Mangiare where we all throughly enjoyed our food ranging from Sunday Spaghetti to the best fish and chips I have ever had (Halibut).
Later we strolled through downtown and shopped a little on our way back to the visitor center to catch the shuttle back to the port. The lines for the shuttle were long, but went very fast. Make sure you allow plenty of time to get back to the port. We never felt rushed and enjoyed every minute we got to spend in Sitka.

Next week, Disney will release two seasons of thrilling itineraries, spanning sailings from fall 2025 to spring 2026.
Tropical Destinations: The Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Dream will regularly sail to one or both of Disney Cruise Line’s signature island destinations, Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, offering voyages filled with even more Disney magic. Meanwhile, the Disney Wonder will sail the Pacific Coast, Gulf of Mexico and and the South Pacific.
Sailings will open to book for all guests on Friday, June 28, 2024; Castaway Club Members who have sailed in the past can book even earlier. Cruise pricing is dynamic, so it is always best to book as early as possible for the best price. Reach out to me today!

Day 3- Castaway Cay, Disney’s Private Island! 🏝 This Island is absolutely gorgeous from the moment you see it in the distance to the moment you put your feet in the sand! We were absolutely pampered on the island. We rented a private Cabana and felt like royalty 👑 The Cabana comes with the following: 🌴Private beach retreat ⛱Comfortable seating 🌴Fresh water shower ⛱Hammock 🌴Unlimited bottled water and soda ⛱Fresh fruit 🌴Snacks ⛱Sun Screen 🌴Snorkel gear ⛱Rafts and tubes 🌴Bikes ⛱Sand toys 🌴Selection of magazines Not to mention….. Your own Cabana attendant is just a push of a button away and can help you with anything from a drink order to a ride in the Cabana taxi! Day 2 - At Sea! ☀️ Woke up to the most beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony and just a few minutes later breakfast was delivered. We filled out our order the night before and it magically appeared exactly on time and at no extra charge but of course we tipped for the wonderful service 🧖🏻♀️ Next it was time for the Rainforest Room at Senses Spa! We were able reserve the entire room to ourselves for almost 2 hours and enjoyed the rain showers, saunas, hot tubs, and heated tile lounge chairs. I have never been so relaxed and felt so rejuvenated in my life! 💦 Then it was time for a quick lunch at Cabana’s before lounging by the pool and getting some much needed sunshine and vitamin Sea 🎃 After a day in the sun we caught a showing of my favorite Halloween movie Hocus Pocus at The Walt Disney Theater 🎇 And in true Disney fashion we topped off this amazing day with FIREWORKS AT SEA!!!! *Disney Cruise Line is the only cruise line that has Fireworks at Sea!!* If you want to know more please do not hesitate to ask!
