The downstairs efficiency suite makes this the perfect spot for a group or family reunion. The amenities of Paradise Pointe include a shared pool, cabanas, splash fountains, a shaded pergola, and a palm tree-lined pond. You can enjoy the quiet seclusion of this community, yet you’re just a quick drive to the shops and restaurants of Port Aransas. ABOUT THE HOUSE The main house is located on the second level. After a fun day in the sun, lean back in the double recliner and watch your favorite movies on the 65” flat screen TV. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals. Granite counters, stainless appliances, and a wine fridge add a touch of sophistication. A Keurig coffee maker in home for your coffee fix or pick up some local seafood and prepare a meal at home, then gather at the long table for six. On this level, you’ll find two guest rooms with queen beds and 43” flat screen TV. One also has an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, tub/shower combination, and a door to the hall for shared access. Just next door, the master retreat has a queen bed and 43” flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a dual vanity, a walk-in shower with bench, and a separate room for the toilet. On the first level you’ll find an efficiency suite for four with a separate entrance. There are two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with granite counters and a tub/shower combination. A convenient kitchenette offers granite counters, a sink, and wine fridge. The spacious balcony off the main entrance has unobstructed views of the 1200-acre Port Aransas Nature Preserve. Grab a beer or glass of wine and soak up the panoramic vista. Another balcony off the back looks over the homes of Paradise Pointe. This home has four driveway and carport parking spaces. A washer and dryer are located in a closet on the main floor hallway, and WiFi is provided.
