I’ve been off the air since March.
I suffered a bad fall that broke two
vertebra. Three operations later and six
months in hospital (VA Spine Unit in Seattle) and I’m finally home.
However the fall left me paralyzed from the
waist down so I now move around all
day in a power wheelchair.
We’ve modified our house to facilitate my
new handicapped life but the good news
is that I have successfully re-arranged my
shop and soon will be building guitars again.
Kim has been extremely supportive and she and I are now getting used to our
“new normal.)
