1st Cruz of the year. Rain didn't help. We took pictures at the station and then headed home.

Good Morning. On May 6th we will have our first Cruz this year. We have the Gas Station at the Fort Worden State Park all set up and ready to go. So, with that I'd like to start our Cruz from there on the 6th. We will also start a little earlier to. If everyone would start arriving around 4pm. We can spend some time at the station, have photo opportunities and enjoy the station for the first time. For those that don't know where the station is just come through the main gate at the park and when you get to the stop sign just proceed straight and the station is on your left just up the hill. Hopefully the sun will be shining on us. See you all there!

it saddens us to announce Dennis Broderson passed away February 18th. 2024.

Dennis was a friend and long time Raker member.

His Rat Rod was quite a creation of very interesting stuff, from his own Hip Bone for the Shifter K**b. Cool vintage license plates for patch panels, one of the first Metal Rainier Beer cans for the radiator overflow, along with full size Skeleton riding shotgun.

With a heavy heart I have to tell you we have another Great Friend and club member that has passed. Mike Lindsey passed away quietly in his sleep last night. 
Mike was one of a kind always willing to help out big or small. As a mechanic or fabricator, you couldn’t find anybody better. Don’t challenge him on the knowledge of Chevrolets because he knew them top to bottom. He built a lot of great cars in his life and he was in the middle of helping me build mine, I’m sorry to say we didn't get to finish it. So now as I finish it up I know I'll have him next to me coaching me along. To Mike’s family you are in our thoughts and prayers. If you need anything please let us help. RIP Mike

Last night the Rakers had a great time at John Stroeder’s place. His Man Cave is great. You can never see it all. It's amazing! Thanks John for the great  smoked salmon! anyone else that took pictures please post as I didn't even get close of showing off this great place. Thanks again! We had a blast!

John Stroeder’s on Wednesday the 18th. 04:00 p.m. If you’d like to make alittle goodie hors d’oeuvre to bring along that would be great. John would kind of like a head count so if you are going please just comment with a yes and if you have a +1 coming with you. Thanks!
