After more than 46 years in the travel business, Biever Travel, Inc is sad to announce that we will close our doors on January 14, 2022. All existing travel reservations will continue to be honored and serviced by our agents. Please redeem any Biever Travel gift certificates by January 14.

We sincerely thank our loyal clientele that have put their trust in us for their travel planning. It was not uncommon to have worked with two, three and even four generations of families. We will be forever grateful.

Yesterday I went to the gorgeous Flora Farms, in San Jose Del Cabo, for a farm tour and a cooking class. Took an Uber from our hotel, masks are mandatory in the Uber or taxi, as well as around the farm. Flora Farms not only has beautiful produce and grocery store, but a butcher, bakery, charcuterie, restaurants, shops and gorgeous outdoor space for events. They did a great job with masks, social distancing, temperature taking and was a first rate experience.

Yesterday I went on a whale watching excursion near the famed Arch, with Cabo Adventures. Hotel pick up, check in at the marina and the excursion were handled great and observed Covid protocols, 10 people on our catamaran made for a great experience, we followed a mother whale, her mid wife and baby whale for a little while and watched the baby breach several times, so awesome. The marina in Can San Lucas was bustling and it was fun to see all the different boats, kinda like home😉

The flight to Cabo yesterday was a charter operated flight offered by Funjet and Apple Vacations, we had plenty of space😳 Beverage service was offered and snacks for purchase. Immigratuons and customs went pretty quick, a health questionaire was handed out when we arrived and that was all we needed to proceed to our shuttle. The resort, Dreams Los Cabos was approx. 25 minute ride, where we were met with sanitizing of luggage and a quick and efficient check in, behind plexiglass.. Rooms have been sanitizied, masks are worn when face to face with employees, beach and pool chairs are spaced out accordingly.

It has been a year! Literally, almost one year to the date where travel came to a screeching halt! Maybe we are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel! Travel is slowly coming back!
