While most of us are excited about this season, others are depressed, frustrated, sad, and unhappy. Many don't want anyone to know how hurt they really feel inside. They have the "I will fake it until I make it syndrome or" I don't want to spoil anyone else's celebrations; it will pass in time. What you are doing is masking the grief inside of you. Suffering is still grieving, whether a person, place, or thing. You think everything will be all right if I can get through this. You will not heal the way you deserve until you seek professional help, and no, you are not crazy. You are inexperienced in handling the emotions you are currently feeling.

Life Coaching gives you a safe space to let it all go, giving you a place to heal and return to your phenomenal self. It won't just disappear because you pray. "Pray requires action." The Bible I read says, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them" Matthew 18:20.

Coaching Tip 102: All of us have fallen short because of someone else's perspective. What we don't realize or understand is our perspective is based on our own experience. So before you judge someone about who/or what they aren't first find out who they are. Learning their past can teach you a lot about why they react the way they do. It will also teach to you embrace your differences instead of talking about their's.

While many of us will celebrate this season with family and friends. There are also other's of you who will show up and pretend to celebrate while feeling: Frustrated, upset, depressed, confused, lonely, disappointed, hurt, and sad.

Let me encourage you to take a moment to breath in, now let it out.

The enemy has nothing but tricks and no treats. He attempts to convince you into thinking you can handle it on our own and that it will just go away in time. God is not a magician, and prayer alone doesn't work without action. Everyone I know in the Bible had to submit to change in their mindset, take action, then God released solutions. . HE IS A PROBLEM SOLVER AND HEALER OF THE BROKEN HEARTED.💔

The Bible says: Where two or three are gathered in MY NAME. I am there the midst of them. Don't attempt to do it alone or ignore what you are feeling.

Instead, invest in your mind and gain your freedom back. I'm privileged to have Coached and taught hundreds of people assisting them in changing their mindset and regaining their peace. Allow me to do the same for you and declare your future promised by God.

I started my own Coaching Business in 2007, almost 17 years ago. I've produced more than 50 Coaches World Wide and Coached countless others.

When I moved to Raleigh,NC in 2016 to give myself the opportunity to start fresh. My business begin slowly shrinking and I decided to go back to work in 2017.

In those 6 years I've worked for Belk, Talbots, Ashley Homestore, and the State of North Carolina. In the of August of this year, my job came to an end and depression begin set in. I said to myself: I'm 60 years old who will want me or hire me and why? Say this with me:
The devil is a FULL LIAR!

I've done Mary Kay, won the ultimate prizes including the covenant Pink Cadillac, did over $350k consecutively for years, produced Directors, started my own Ministry, Cosmetics and Jewelry line, and finally not only became a Coach but created a school that has produced more the 50 Coaches across the country.
