Stronger than ever, we are reopening our restaurant this week with a pledge to continue the culinary legacy of our beloved chef, Wes. We will have a memorial table set up for Wes during this time. We invite everyone to join us in honoring his memory and celebrating his remarkable dishes. Share your stories, memories, or condolences with us, and we will display them proudly. Additionally, we will be hosting a special night dedicated to Wes' favorite cuisine. Please check our page for updates on the date and time. At 151, we are committed to preserving Wes' legacy, skill, and passion for cooking, and he will always be remembered as an integral part of our family. We wouldn’t be who we are today, without him.

We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Chef Wes, a beloved member of our restaurant family and a shining star in the culinary world. Chef Wes was an inspiration to us all, with his passion for cooking and his infectious smile lighting up our kitchen and our lives every day. Though his absence will be deeply felt, we will continue to draw strength and inspiration from his memory, and we will strive to carry on his legacy through his cuisine, our commitment to excellence and the joy of cooking. We will be closed on June 14th and 15th as we come to terms with this devastating loss, but we will emerge stronger and more united than ever before, with Chef Wes forever in our hearts and our food.
