*IMPORTANT UPDATE!*
The Beartooth Highway is CLOSED until the afternoon of Thursday, May 30th. An avalanche chute came down during the last storm and caused some damage to the road that they will be repairing. We will keep you updated here.

Per Montana Department of Transportation...those Montana Plowboys are lettin' er buck up on the Beartooth Highway. The report is it is icy from the lower gate to Vista Point. Their goal is to have that section (lower gate to Vista Point) open around noonish. Stay tuned here for that announcement.
The Wyoming side is a whole different rodeo. The National Park Service is doing what they can with the hand they were dealt by Mother Nature. It may be Saturday before the highway is open in its entirety. We will let you know when we know.

Montana Department of Transportation will re-evaluate the status of the highway tomorrow morning. As for now, the projected 8 am opening is delayed. We will update you when we have more information.

RLM is back open! Come and get it!

We are officially back open! It's still pretty chilly up here, but there's a decent temperature inversion with temperatures around -6 degrees, and the forecast says it's going to warm up throughout the day! Triple Chair will have a delayed opening, but the Stache Express, Magic Carpet, Willow Creek Chair, and the Grizzly Peak Chair are all scheduled to open at 9:00 AM.

Thank you for your patience as our ops teams have been hard at work this morning getting the mountain ready to go!

Good morning! Old Man Winter's cold spell has continued into this morning giving us sustained -30 degree temperatures and -50 degree wind chills. For the safety of our guests and employees, we have made the decision to close for the day. If you purchased a lift ticket for today, please email [email protected] to roll your ticket over to another day.

We plan on opening tomorrow if the temperatures allow us to do so. Please stay tuned to our snow report, social media channels, and text alerts for further updates.

“This place was great! Peaceful neighborhood in Roberts MT. 12 mins to Red lodge 50 mins to Billings. Little over an Hr to Cody WY. We hit up all these spots and came home to relax in peace and quiet. Thats right i said HOME, because thats what it felt like. We enjoyed the hot tub and weather even permitted a fire and smores one evening. The place was excatly as decribed. Clean, comfortable and fun. Thank you Charlene & Will we loved what you created with your cabin/home. It was excatly what our family needed. We will return”
