The story begins with my dachshund Emmett, who suffered an upper disc displacement. The injury left him unable to use his back legs. We went ahead with surgery, even though the odds he would walk again were slim. He is such a good boy and he deserved a chance to be mobile again. He still wasn't able to walk three weeks after surgery, so we started looking at doggie wheelchairs. After spending $480

0 on Vet bills, the last thing we needed was the additional expense of $200-$600 for a dog cart. I decided to start building my own custom PVC carts at a discounted price to help other devoted pet owners with similar circumstances.
