The gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with everything to make your experience enjoyable from a blender for those sunset cocktails to bake-ware for that three layer chocolate cake! Full size appliances, GE Monogram gas range, Convection Oven, Fisher Paykel refrigerator and marble topped island. Microwave and Dual coffee maker with K-Cup option or full carafes of your favorite coffee. The living room with comfy sofa, two Peacock chairs with custom cushions has a 48" flat screen Smart TV that can be viewed from the kitchen as well. The carriage house is complete with a separate King bedroom, 48" flat screen Smart TV, custom blackout Roman Shades, vaulted wood planked ceiling and starburst chandelier. The organized but stylish bathroom begins with cement tiles, double vanity topped with Solid White Quartz, custom linen closet, shower, and full size stack washer & dryer. Under the aqua umbrella, on the deck are two perfectly placed chairs with small table just the right size for a snack & a beverage of your choice. With a 9 minute walk to the beach, Beach towels, two beach chairs, beach umbrella & a beach utility wagon provided for your convenience. You will have access to four pools, one of which is indoors. The Cabana Pool is a 3 minute walk and The Barbados Pool is a 7 minute walk from carriage house. While staying here at Rosemary in our carriage house "In the Present", our hope is that you will be able to slow down from your everyday life, enjoy all the amazing surroundings here and live in the present. The emerald waters of the Gulf, the sugar white sand, the small communities that dot 30A, the art galleries, the yoga studios, the amazing restaurants, the walking trails, picnics on the green, the eclectic shops that are filled with local artisans crafts, art, food & clothes and don't forget the sunset!
