Seeking a haven for their family to connect to each other and their surroundings, the Vintage Round Top was renovated in 2011 with reclaimed wood, custom light fixtures, and one-of-a-kind vintage finds. Hi friends - it’s been a while...three months to be exact! I took a long hiatus from social media for a mental health break and have
missed interacting with our community here. I’m happy to be back and sharing with you!

We’ve been hard at work preparing to open our remaining fall show lodging dates as well as our Shopping + Design Retreat tickets, so are inviting you to sign up to be on our First To Know mailing list for first access (click our link in bio).

During the Spring 2024 Antiques + Design show, we had the honor of hosting our inaugural Shopping + Art Retreat - something I’ve been dreaming about for many, many years. It was an unforgettable experience, with 5-days of shopping the fields, creating new friendships, and fostering creativity alongside my dear friend, artist, and co-host, .

Exciting news! 🎉We’re hiring a part-time Creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us grow our brand. This person would be responsible for a variety of marketing efforts, including content creation, planning and executing marketing campaigns and more.

The ideal candidate would have a multifaceted skill set, including social media expertise, copywriting, project management, amongst others, and would also consider themselves to be passionate about the lifestyle and/or hospitality industry. We’ll be co-hosting The Vintage Round Top Shopping + Art Retreat for an intimate group of attendees including four nights of high season lodging at RVT in the heart of the markets, an opening meet up with cocktails and appetizers where we’ll share our knowledge and passion for shopping vintage, guided shopping tours to our fav honey holes - including early tickets to , art and styling workshops using vintage ephemera, plaster, paints and treasures you find during our shopping days, special dinners in the field, delicious food and drinks, conversation, art supplies, and gifts to commemorate this epic time together.

This quote reminds me of cognitive reframing - a technique I learned about in therapy of how to shift your mindset at certain situations, people, events, or memories using a slightly different perspective. The facts remain the same, but shifting to a different point of view can change the emotional tone and meaning that we give to our life circumstances. It's certainly not been easy to do but is a goal I’m working on to incorporate as much as possible.

Hi, friends - it feels good to be sharing here again! I took a much-needed break from social media to mainly focus on this precious soul. Our sweet Eisley just graduated from high school and I'm using my first post back to toot her horn!

This cover image was taken when we first opened The Vintage Round Top and felt right to use as she has certainly embodied the motto of living with intention from a very young age. She's a hard worker, dedicated, confident, and has created so many opportunities for herself to meet her lofty goals.

She was a member of the National Honor Society, on the Superintendent and Bond Committees, received honors in Practicum AV and DECA, was the President and founder of the Fashion Media Club, all while building a successful photography business , working for RVT, and Bluekeys Magazine as the Ad/PR Director.

To top it off...she'll be attending the University of Texas at Austin Moody College in Advertising + Communications this fall, which makes this mama happy she'll be close by!!!

We're immensely proud of the person she is, the accomplishments she worked hard for, and excited to see her use her wings to fly! xo

I’ve been thinking a lot about time lately. Especially how much of it can be wasted if we don’t respect it by setting and keeping intentions.

Intentions keep us focused and help guide us towards positive and meaningful decisions. They help prioritize our actions, behaviors, and choices…and if aligned with our values - will ultimately improve our wellbeing.

This quote is a great reminder of how precious time is, the importance of knowing what you want out of life, and the steps to get there!

I've been thinking, reading, and meditating about grace lately as I’ve needed it from others, have given it to others and am learning to give it to myself as well.
I especially liked the quote “Grace means that all of your mistakes now serve a purpose instead of serving shame". There’s such beauty in that view.
