These Life Improvement seminars discuss the difficult challenges that we all experience but don’t like to or are not able to talk about. We focus on the experiences surrounding trauma and abuse, shame and depression, co-depression and disorders. However we also focus on repair and restoring and how to build a healthy and balanced life using all of these experiences as stepping stones. These semina

rs give you permission to mourn or grieve and to live beyond the pain, hurt or sadness. We learn to love life through the rain ...not avoid the storm. These seminars are designed to be empowering and uplifting as well as eye opening. All behavior has meaning, but sometimes we need to take the time to care what that meaning is. At Lighten Up! ...it's only raining, we are focused on helping others to become a healthier version of themselves. When we are more balanced in our hearts, spirits and creativity, we are ultimately, happier. We can't fix people and we can't erase experiences, but we can rearrange those experiences to create a different pathway and bridge to a happier and more balanced you!
