Super comfortable two bedroom, bath and a half cottage 45 feet from Found Lake on a level lot. Sand swimming area with gradual increase in depth from shore that is great for those just learning to swim and those that like being able to "feel the bottom" when in water as it is just 3 feet deep at the end of the 80 foot long dock with boat bumpers extending the entire length to protect your boating

investment. There is a fire pit, picnic table, Adirondack chairs with a glider for enjoying the day. Dual charcoal grills are available to grill the catch of the day. The cottage is set up for beautiful views of the lake from outside and inside the cottage. Inside has new lodge look furniture and Serta mattresses for a wonderful nights sleep on your vacation.

This is Awassa Trail system. It includes 230 acres of scenic woodlands and several miles of trails for hiking. Perfect for taking your kids for a walk. Trails are pretty magical and they make you feel as if you were in a fantasy movie. The property is owned by the Town of Saint Germain.

Shannon Lake Trail is great in the spring before it gets too hot for hiking. Loops of approximately 1.9, 2.1, 4.7, and 6.5 miles. When you leave our driveway just turn right and Found Lake Rd will take you right to it!
