For 25 years have been spending 6 months/year here - Tierra Verde condo owners, and they have never rang the bell!!! 🔔

This couple have so many amazing stories from: Sundays at the Grille for sunsets, live music, snacks and of course 🍺, their multi-weekly breakfasts at their favorite spot:
The Seahorse.

They also love Sharing with Europeans the specialness of PAG and why they come here. This couple, from Germany, are a quick zip over to neighboring European countries - ITALY for example, yet they choose Pass-a-Grille! Every year!

One of their sons is a commercial pilot and had one quick stopover in Tampa: he brought the entire crew to the Seahorse- not sure exactly how that went down, but they were smiling and chuckling…, so epic!!!

Our Story

Our family has owned & rented out these historic Beach Craftsman style vacation houses since the 1970’s! Susan, a hotelier from Upstate NY (Bronxville and Stamford), ran many hotels & had a culinary licence before she settled to FL and PAG. Susan came to PAG in the 70’s and saw the wonderful value of this pristine beach. At one time Susan had over 50 rentals on Pass-a-Grille alone! Before AirBnb/VRBO/Homeaway Susan hosted tourists from all over the world! Susan did what she could to make sure her two girls grew up and were able to live on PAG in a safe, nurturing, island environment. Now having passed-on Susan left her remaining rental homes to her daughters Lisa and Cheryl. Lisa with whom you will communicate, runs the family vacation rental business & in keeping with her moms style has managed to continue the historic look & feel of the houses with added updated amenities.

Please visit our family home and enjoy Pass-a-Grille’s amazing sunsets, the 10 wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and take a ride on the beach cruiser bikes we provide; Enjoy to your hearts content, the island that is our home. All the rental houses are clean, some are small, some are large and all are very comfortable, and updated with lots of natural light, most have off-street parking and they all have a BBQ grill. Wifi is free- and some houses have NetFlix, here you can enjoy all the relaxation you could want! PAG is literally one of the best places to live if only for a week.
