Drive 5 miles to downtown St. Petersburg for dining, night life and sightseeing at museums and galleries including the incredible Dali Museum and Chihuly blown glass exhibit. In under an hour’s drive, you will find yourself in Tampa, Bradenton and Sarasota where you can enjoy shopping, dining, culture and more beaches! All bedrooms are tastefully decorated in coastal themes and furnished with lovely mid-century furnishings. New modern cabinets and lighting accent both bathrooms. All linens, towels and beach towels are here. Enjoy movie night on sleek leather furniture in the living room, in front of a 55” Smart TV with Blu-ray, cable with DVR and Netflix. Prepare meals in the brand new, bright, fully equipped modern kitchen overlooking the pool, with stunning grey cabinets, colourful pendant lights and granite countertops. Grab a quick bite or serve from the kitchen peninsula. Dine at the gorgeous mid-century Danish teak table that comfortably seats at least 6. Play games, do puzzles or catch up on work (if you must!) in the game room. Outside, enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio by the garden, under large Live Oak trees. Go for a walk or bike ride in this quiet family neighbourhood and see beautiful native birds, geckos and other wildlife enjoying the day as well. Two patio doors lead to the back patio in the large fenced private yard. Relax in the screened lanai by the inground pool on comfortable lounge furniture or grill outside and dine at the outdoor table for 6. No worries if it’s raining – you’ll be protected from rain or sun under the overhang, cooled by lighted fans. Inside the double car garage you’ll find a washer and dryer and if you want to bring your RV or boat there is a large, secure parking area inside the fence.
