with your private keyless electronic door locks. Entry code will be furnished to you prior to your arrival. You have a front private covered patio for people watching or relaxing. You will also enjoy a bonus of a Tropical Garden Patio behind your Arbor gated entry and additional access thru your side kitchen door. Yes you will feel pampered! The Palm Arbor Suite is equipped with full designer, modern kitchen. The soothing grey tones will give you a contemporary feel of serenity. Your kitchen is equipped with all your necessities for dining. Pots, pans, food chopper, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, salt, pepper, blender, cooking utensils and anything else you may need. Your Studio Suite is furnished with a HD Flat Screen TV with premium cable channels and WIFI. You can adjust the TVs tilt and is on a pull out adjustable support bracket for perfect viewing locations. You can rest on your new lounge sofa or sit in your swivel chair to read and relax. When your ready to sleep or read in bed you simply pull down your upscale designed Murphy Bed with its Plush Queen Size Mattress. You also have overhead lighting. The Palm Arbor Suite is situated in the fabulous and Historic Old Northeast. It is but a few blocks and a few minutes walk from eateries, cafes, taverns, cinema, Sundial shopping center, tampa bay beach, waterfront parks, bayside municipal pool, the Vinoy and the eclectic vibe of downtown St. Most residents are on a high living in the Old Northeast, loving the community and its close proximity to our thriving downtown. The New York Times says, 'This quiet residential neighborhood stuffed with old houses is the opposite of the happening downtown scene, which might just be its appeal. Those discovering this area, largely through word of mouth, say they love its sense of community while relishing the easy access to downtown. With its eclectic architecture, brick streets, picket fences and lush foliage, the neighborhood offers an odd blend of New England style and tropical sensibility. This suite in general is a self sufficient apartment furnished with cleaning products, broom, mop, and vacuum. Quaint open-air trolleys (for $0.50) and buses are available and within walking distance. Bus services are available and can be accessed just a few blocks away. Palm Arbor Suite is a twenty minute drive from Tampa International Airport and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, and walking distance from Albert Whitted Airport. It is 6 blocks from the interstate and a thirty minute drive to world famous beach destinations: Treasure Island, Clearwater Beach, and Fort de Soto. Bike and kayak rentals are available nearby.
