We have been wanting to do a black shiplap fireplace. Finally got a chance in our latest build. You almost can’t see the tv mounted on it. Credit to Amy Brittain as she climbed a super tall ladder to install shiplap and trim and to fill and paint the nail holes. Some of us are afraid of heights.

Mellow Mushroom was the perfect place for a quick outside lunch. We were the only ones on the patio. The patio was completely shaded and fans running keeping it nice and cool.

We have a new property that has just been remodeled and we are ready for a long term renter! It’s 2 bedroom/2 bath in a desirable southend condo location. All new stainless appliances, new floor, countertops, etc.
