The passing of this beautiful human being was a shock and a tragedy… Nataleah was a client, a friend and former employee of Iron Street Tattoo. Her smile and good nature touched so many peoples lives… I know times are tough but please, if you have anything to give, help this family or at the very least please share this post. ***documentation needed for minor and minor consent form*********
We no longer have a notary in the shop… here is the paperwork you will need to get notarized for minors to get a piercing or tattoo. We will also have forms at the shop that you can stop in and pick up.
Types of documentation required for persons under 18 to get a piercing or tattoo:
Birth certificate for the minor to be pierced or tattooed.
Valid government issued photo identification for minor and parent/legal guardian.
Piercings By Spencer or Iron Street Tattoo minor consent form with notarized signature of parent/legal guardian present for service.
In the case of a legal guardian we must copy the official court document appointing the guardianship of the minor being pierced or tattooed for our records. THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST REMAIN IN THE FACILITY FOR THE DURATION OF THE APPOINTMENT.

Black Friday has once again descended upon us, and once again we are doing it up. The “Black Friday” gift certificates are $150 value for $100… that’s a free 50 bones! Then we also have $125 value gift certificates for $100. Limit 1 Black Friday and 3 Christmas certificates per person. Combined that is a $125 savings! These certificates expire after a year so make sure to get them in!
