We had an awesome turnout yesterday for our 1st collection for the Cowboys Bus trip for 2024.
Popular games, so far, was the Eagles Game, filling most of the bus and the Ravens game with half the bus almost full on the 1st night!!!
Thank you all that showed up last night. It was great seeing all of you.
For those that were not able to make it we will have our next collection late July with the date TBD. If you would like to reserve your spot before then don't hesitate to reach out to Pete, Gilbert or Ruben (number/email noted on the flyer)

Here are our favorable picks for our PGR Tours Party Bus Trips:
1. Cowboys vs Ravens, Sunday Sept 22, 3:25pm start time.
2. Cowboys vs Lions, Sunday Oct 13, 3:25pm start time.
3. Cowboys vs Eagles, Sunday Nov 10, 3:25pm start time.
These 3 games are favorable for our 'Tailgate Party'.
Special Interest Game:
4. Cowboys vs Texans, Monday Nov 18, 7:15pm start time.
Disclosure: We needs at least 48 Full Commitments since it's a Monday Night Game. More details to come for this one.

We are currently getting price quotes from our partners and will post Package Prices for each game. Soon after this, we will have our 1st Deposit Party at a place TBD.

Okay folks, are you READY for this weekend Party Bus Trip to see Cowboys & Rams game?

Here's the itinerary for what's ahead this weekend. Please take some time to read and understand our timeline. Since it's an 12pm (noon) game, we're moving up the hotel departure time on Sunday to 9am. This will allow us to park, setup, get food, get buzzed then head out to the stadium. If you have any questions, please contact one of us.

I have also attached a snapshot of what the weather forecast is looking for this weekend. Please dress accordingly.

Friendly atmosphere
Drink specials (if available)
Food (but not required)
Plenty of space for friends
Not so loud music

Hello Everyone. As you know the start of the season is around the corner.
We still have limited seating for our upcoming Cowboys bus trip.
Please claim your seats on the bus before they are all gone.

This is what's available:
Jets - 13 slots
Rams - 6 slots
Patriots - 20 slots (not shown on flyer- helping a group fill up their bus. Trip will be run by PGR Tours).

Our first collection was a Success! Based on responses and signups, we have decided to drop 2 games of the 4 games we originally had plans to attend. Below is the updated 2023 PGR Tours Flyer noting the games we are doing. The 2 games that were dropped, due to lack of interest, were Cowboys/Giants on November 12, 2023 & Cowboys/Lions on December 30, 2023. We truly apologize for this. We currently still have available spots on the party bus for the 2 games we are fulfilling, they are the Cowboys/Jets on Sept 17 & Cowboys/Rams on Oct 29. Spots are very limited and we anticipate they will be filled by our next collection date. The date for our next collection is set for Friday, July 21, 2023. The place is yet to be determined BUT we'd like to ask our friends for location recommendations. The only requirements we ask for is: indoors (too hot outside), drinks, food and most importantly, a friendly atmosphere. We will post the location at a later time along with a reminder of the collection date. If you have any questions, our contact information is listed on the flyer.

Here are the Dallas Cowboy Bus Trips dates and game package prices. Our first collection is schedule for Friday, June 23, 2023. Place is TBD but we will post the location once we finalize location.

Packages:
SRO (Standing Room Only)
Upper Level (400 sec) Row 16 or higher
Lower Level (400 sec) Row 15 or lower
Level 300/200 sections also available, prices upon request.

Games & Price Package:
Trip #1: Cowboys vs Jets, Sunday Sept 17. SRO package $420, Upper Level (400 sec) $545 or Lower Level (400 sec) $575.

Trip #2: Cowboys vs Rams, Sunday Oct. 29. SRO package $385, Upper Level (400 sec) $500, Lower Level (400 sec) $520.

Trip #3: Cowboys vs Giants, Sunday Nov 11. SRO package $420, Upper Level (400 sec) $510, Lower Level (400 sec) $540.

Trip #4: Cowboys vs Lions, Saturday night Dec 30. SRO package $365, Upper Level (400 sec) $460, Lower Level (400 sec) $475

All trips are Saturday departure with an overnight stay at Atrium Hotel & Suites in Irving Texas. Beverages, Saturday morning tacos (first come/first serve), Beer, Jell-O shots and door prizes are also available. A required deposit of $150 (non-refundable) per person will guarantee your price package. Prices are subject to increase as we get closer to the game dates.
