Master the Machines with Training Director Justin! 🏋️‍♀️ Curious about how to use our machines but not sure where to start? ⁠

Check out Justin's tips for the shoulder press, chest press, lat pulldown, and leg press: ⁠

1️⃣ Shoulder Press: Adjust the seat so your hands align with your shoulders. Keep your back straight and push out ⁠

2️⃣ Chest Press: Set the seat height so the handles are level with your chest. Push forward while keeping your elbows slightly bent⁠

3️⃣ Lat Pulldown: Adjust the pad to fit snugly against your thighs. Grip the bar wider than shoulder-width and pull it down to your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together⁠

4️⃣ Leg Press: Position your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform. Adjust the seat so your knees are at a 90-degree angle. Push through your heels to extend your legs, then slowly return.⁠
