Next video coming out will be about our visit to the Demilitarized Zone between North and South Korea. It was a super interesting experience—a mix of humility, sadness, ignorance, and the celebration of life and family because you never know if one day you will never see them again. It’s relevant and similar to what some may be feeling for the first time now, and it’s important to realize oppressed peoples have experienced this for centuries. I think we all understand better now how we all have an effect on each other and are connected.

About the photo. There was a playground outside of the observatory from which you could look into North Korea. It asked us to play and be present and be grateful, and so my sister and I swung and laughed and celebrated having each other and this time together!

Be like Kimmy. As much as I despised her as a kid and wanted Julianne to get the guy, Kimmy lives in the moment, loves with her entire being, has no ego, and thrives through her vulnerability. Julianne wanted to see her fail and instead failed herself.
