Throwing it back to my very first solo trip at the Grand Canyon — the adventure that started it all. The vastness and beauty of the canyon, with its layered red rocks and deep gorges, were both intimidating and exhilarating. Standing there alone, I felt a thrilling mix of nerves and awe.
