Vision boards are an excellent and creative way to tap into your subconscious and envision the path to get you to the next step along your journey to a happy and balanced life. The board is a tool which helps you invest the time and energy to visualize your future and consistently reminds you of your life goals.

You can use vision boards to help you manifest something you know you want, they can also be a great exercise to help you to allow your subconscious desires to surface.

On the Summer and Winter Solstices we like to honor the change in seasons. Solstice is a wonderful time to hit the pause button and reflect on our lives. It is said that the Winter Solstice is a time to renew our connection to each other, the divine, and within. Summer Solstice is a time to celebrate consciousness within ourselves and reflect on the potential to awaken our consciousness. It is an ideal time to slow down, look inward to reflect and renew; and to nourish the body and soul.

Ooh la latte! Golden Tumeric lattes make for the perfect addition to a mindful morning. 🍢Tumric root, a card carrying member of the ginger club, boasts some serious healing qualities. Alkalizing and detoxifying, tumeric makes for a fabulous immunity boost and powerful anti-inflammatory. There are tons of variations out there, here's the basic recipe.
Ingredients:
* 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) almond or your fav nut milk
* 2 tsp organic ground turmeric
* 1 tsp finely grated ginger root
* 6 raw honey to taste
Directions:
1. Gently heat almond milk in saucepan until milk is room temperature.
2. Add the turmeric and ginger to a mug.
3. Pour a small amount of warmed milk into the mug and blend into a liquid paste, ensuring there are no clumps.
4. Add the rest of the milk and sweeten with honey.

πŸ₯›milk contains vitamin A, B6, B12, and vitamin E, perfect for thirsty winter skin. 🍯honey and coconut oil - excellent moisturizers containing antibacterial and tons of antioxidants that leave your skin with a fresh glow. ✨baking soda - baking Soda, a natural mineral perfect for smoothing and soothing rough skin. πŸƒessential oils - lavender, jasmin, rose aromatherapy for sensual relaxation. 🌸flowers - fresh or dried just for funsies.
