Why you ask...Because it is in a fantastic neighborhood at Highland Parks in Blue Mountain Beach, it has amazing views of Point Washington Forest, it's recently had all new bathroom renovations, you can walk to the gorgeous resort pool in under 2 minutes, and it's got a brand new 6 seater golf cart (with Bluetooth speakers 🎶).
