Did you know that skylights are recommended to be replaced when you replace your roof? The construction of a skylight relies on sealants and glazing tape to keep them weather-tight. The sealants and tapes will degrade making the skylight prone to leaking. If you have low E skylights, the argon gas that helps provide the insulating factor will evaporate causing the skylight to condensate.

Make sure you ask us about replacing the skylights during your roofing project.

We just completed this deck replacement in the Kirkland area. The original deck was rotted throughout the framing and needed rebuilt from the ground up. The customer is very pleased with her new deck!

We are a growing company that is looking to expand it's estimating/sales department. The right individual should possess a positive attitude for sales, a friendly demeanor and respectful image. We will provide leads. We offer support, training, and the tools to help you succeed. We service all of King County & southern Snohomish County.

Job duties to include:

-Direct customer contact
-Project measurements & take offs
-Generate cost proposals & scope of work
-Manage company provided leads
-Generate new leads & marketing
-Job site visits/ Regular communication with customers
-Keep daily logs
-Keep up on current products and details
-Communicate with management & staff
-Must have clean and reliable work vehicle.

The right individual must have a proven sales background. Experience in roofing is preferred and a general knowledge of construction is a plus. You must be efficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. The ability to read blueprints is preferred, but not necessary. You must be good with math and Geometry.

Pay is full commission.

Here is a before and after picture of a big project with a high level of difficulty that we just finished. The crew did a superb job completing the project in the allotted time. The owners of this home had us change the cedar shake roof to an asphalt shingle roof. This required us to install new roof sheathing in order to install the asphalt shingles. The new roof is a Certainteed Landmark Pro in the color of Moire Black. Another satisfied customer in the books!

The dark discoloration of the plywood is a result of inadequate roof ventilation. The roof sheathing becomes compromised which destroys the integrity of the structure. We had to pull apart the framing to replace the roof sheathing. This is a costly repair that was needed before we could finish the roofing.

We always make sure the ventilation is upgraded when we reroof a home. This will ensure the customer can avoid this type of costly repair.

-Experienced in steep slope roofing - Asphalt shingles, cedar shake & shingles, synthetic shake & slate and metal roofing.
-Experienced in low slope roofing - Torch applied roofing systems, TPO & PVC roofing systems.
-Experience in leak repair is required.
-Must have some experience in carpentry & rough framing.
-Knowledge of W.I.S.H.A. safety compliance is required.
-Must possess a current Washington State driver's license with a good driving record.
-Must have the ability to speak clear and fluent English. Good communication skills required.
-Must be able to pass a background check.
-Metal siding and fibered cement siding experience is recommended.
-Must be willing to demonstrate the required skills.
-Must have clean and reliable work vehicle.
-Must have own hand tools.

-Experienced in low slope roofing – Torch applied roofing systems, TPO & PVC roofing systems. Certified installers of Polyglass, IB and Versico roofing preferred, but not required.
-Experience in leak repair recommended.
-Must have some experience in carpentry & rough framing.
-Knowledge of W.I.S.H.A. safety compliance is required. Must possess a valid W.I.S.H.A. approved first aid & CPR card or be willing to obtain one as a provision of hire.
-Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License with a good driving record.
-Must have clean and dependable work vehicle.
-Must have hand tools and pneumatic equipment to do the job.
-Must have ability to speak clear and fluent English. Good communication skills with other staff, management, and customers is required.
