89A closure (north of uptown) planned for Dec 3-9 for rockfall maintenance:

A section of State Route 89A north of uptown Sedona will be closed the week of Dec. 3-9 for safety as crews do rockfall mitigation work. Drivers should plan on using detour routes along Interstate 17 for travel between Sedona and Flagstaff while SR 89A is closed. More in this news release.
