The Safe Place to Park program is going before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, February 6, starting at 4:30 pm in the Council Chambers located at 102 Roadrunner Drive.

Ho Ho Ho! 🎅 Here's a sleigh full of yuletide cheer from the Elfman Family Express! 🛷 2023 was a year where our hearts became a grand inn, welcoming many new friends, each of you adding a new sparkle to our lives.

To My Mom, Elaine, I know that we celebrate Chanukah. But I couldn’t mention about happiness during the holidays without making sure you’re included.

WANT TO LEARN ABOUT THE EXCAVATION TAKING PLACE ON FOREST ROAD?

We are moving forward with our Forest Road connector project!

Fann Contracting has returned to the project site and begun mobilizing equipment. This project requires a large amount of dirt and rock materials to create the new connection roadway.

To obtain some of this material, excavation will occur at the City-owned lots at 430 and 460 Forest Road. Taking materials from these properties, which was always part of the Forest Road project, saves money and makes both lots more developable for future uses as they will be excavated to street level. The ultimate use of the properties is still to be determined based on public engagement and City Council direction.

The Uptown Parking Alternative Analysis and Site Selection results is scheduled to be presented to City Council on November 15 starting at 4:30pm in the Council Chambers located at 102 Roadrunner Drive.

Please be advised that blasting operations will begin in the coming weeks. The blasting company will be coordinating their activities and operations with state and local regulatory agencies, including police and fire, and will be directly posting public advisories as the actual dates and times become known.

Another fantastic Sedona wine festival! Nestled in the incredible red rocks that Sedona is famous for.

Northern Arizona has an abundance of geological areas full is basalt and sandstone, some filled with iron which gives us our red rocks 😁 the basalt mixed with nutrients makes for a crisp white wine, like no other.

The 14th Annual Sedona Winefest is BACK, and this year, it's not just about the wine. We're talking award-winning wineries, food trucks, live music, artisan vendors, and - wait for it - local breweries and distilleries! Yes, you heard it right. We're bringing the hops to the grapes this year! 🍻🍇

Mark your calendars for the glorious grape-filled weekend of September 23-24. We'll be sipping, swirling, and swaying to the music from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. both days at the Sedona Posse Grounds Park.

We've got 24 (yes, 24!) of Arizona's finest wineries ready to pour their heart and soul into your glass. From the bold and robust reds of Arizona Stronghold to the crisp and refreshing whites of Southwest Wine Center, your taste buds are in for a real treat. Just remember to pace yourself – we don't want any wine-induced napping in the park!

Hungry? Don't wine about it! We've got a smorgasbord of food trucks serving local cuisine that pairs better with your wine than cheese with a fine Cabernet. And for those of you who prefer grains to grapes, we've got That Brewery, Diamond Distillery, Elgin Distillery, and Seedlip non-alcoholic cocktails ready to quench your thirst.

Music fans, we've got DJ Pablonious Funk and Moon Tsunami on Saturday, and The Naughty Bits on Sunday. (Just remember, no matter how much you've had to drink, the band probably doesn't need your help singing.)
