While there were so many delicious foods offered up during the Lunar New Year celebration at Disneyland Resort, we will end this string of foodie posts with the Red Dragon Spice Traders.

Their menu:
*Gochujang Elote: Steamed corn on the cob rolled in gochujang aїoli and cotija cheese drizzled with spicy gochujang sauce
*Red Spice Fried Chicken Bites: Fried chicken chicharrons in spicy red chile sauce
*Guava Ginger Whiskey Cocktail: Whiskey, ginger liqueur, guava nectar, coconut cream, and lime juice garnished with a lime wheel
*Dancing Firecracker: Pineapple and lime juices, guava nectar, spicy honey, and house-made hibiscus syrup garnished with a lime wheel

At Magic Kingdom park in Walt Disney World, stop by Cinderella's Royal Table to sample select wines from (a Black-owned and female-led wine company), including:

-McBride Sisters Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough
-McBride Sisters Chardonnay, Central Coast

And what goes better with wine than CHOCOLATE? Chocolate with ICE CREAM!!!
Skip on over to Adventureland (but of course, after having consumed so much wine, skip responsibly 😜) and be sure to taste the African-inspired chocolate cake with caramelized bananas and cashew-caramel ice cream at Skipper Canteen!

Epcot International Festival of the Arts Foodie Post!

Moderne (near Test Track) features delicious Asian-inspired flavors with a tropical influence!

This menu includes:
-Compressed Watermelon Tataki with pickled watermelon rind, yuzu pearls, watermelon foam, and wasabi (Plant-based Item)
-Angry Crab: Whole crispy soft-shell crab with green papaya salad, mango-sriracha fluid gel, and coconut-lime foam with pomegranate and mango crush pearls
-Pan-seared Scallops with vanilla-butternut squash purée, brown butter cauliflower purée, and lime foam (Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine Item)
-The Tropics: Lilikoi mousse, guava cake, coconut crémeux, compressed pineapple, and mango gel

If you can't tell, I live in a carb-loving household. So...naturally the next cart I am going to drool over is the dumpling cart!

Wrapped in Love (aptly named) features:
-Pork and Shrimp Wontons with a black garlic sauce
-Bok Choy & Mushroom Dumplings with a black garlic sauce (Plant-based item)
-Pineapple Baijiu Cocktail: Dark Rum, baijiu, Allspice Dram, pineapple and orange juices, and falernum syrup garnished with a dried red pineapple chip
-Grapefruit-Melon Wine Cocktail: Sauvignon blanc, grapefruit liqueur, watermelon purée, rock melon syrup, and lime juice garnished with skewered grapes
