The triple layer’s of bottom of the lake, leaves on the water and clouds reflected is always interesting as is the fact that the leaves gathered into a line. Then there’s the sunlight on the rocks. So much to enjoy!

Another stunning morning at Lake George AND we saw a beaver parent and baby swim by. That was a first for us. Fred saw a black bear in our neighbor’s woods yesterday … another first.

The vegetation is so enchanting right now. The colors and textures are gorgeous. BTW: I never use filters on my pictures. If the sky was blazing like fire, it really was. My hydrangeas in MD don’t look like this. It has been very mild and a little rainy today.
