There’s truly nothing worse than having a trip de-railed by a bad hotel experience.
So how do I do my best to make sure my clients are satisfied with the places they stay?
1. I get to know what your travel preferences are, what you like, and what’s your top priority when travelling, etc.
2. I take note of the resorts you’ve visited and enjoyed in the past and the resorts you didn’t like so much — this gives me a great place to start.
3. I stay up-to-date on new resorts and hotel openings in the Caribbean and Europe and I’m constantly taking notes when properties open that are a great fit for specific clients. I also attend trade events to stay updates on new properties.
