After meeting your Skagway Sightseeing Shore Excursion staff and leaving Skagway on the Klondike Highway, you will parallel the historic White Pass Trail much of the way to the 3,292 foot summit. Along the way as traffic allows, your Skagway Sightseeing Excursion guide will make photo stops at some of the scenic lookouts such as Brackett Wagon Road, Pitchfork Falls, Moore Creek Bridge, views of the WP&YR railroad and Welcome to Alaska sign. Once at the summit, you will enter the daunting Tormented Valley in British Columbia, Canada. As you travel farther north, toward the Yukon border, spectacular scenery of dramatic lakes and the Northern Boreal forest wilderness with surround you. Photo stops will be made at Lakes Tutshi and Tagish, and at the Yukon Border sign.
