What does quality look like? Many builders get by with the bare minimum on insulation leaving homeowners with horrible heating and cooling bills. We are huge believers in spray foam in the entire house.

Another fantastic week for this project. Exterior is 80% complete. All MEPs completed inside. Spray foam insulation is being applied from the basement up to the roof. We believe in the benefits of foam insulation for our homes and our buyers. Drywall next week!! End of October finish date is in sight.

Sometimes it's the project, sometimes it's the client. This one was BOTH. Very proud to be bringing this fantastic terrace level remodel to a close. From pencil sketches and an abundant project idea "book" it's especially rewarding to see it all come together. Still waiting on the huge screen for the movie area but the finishing touches are amazing.

We've waited 24 weeks for these amazing doors to arrive and be installed. Christmas came a few days early for these fantastic customers/friends. We removed a huge section of the exterior wall, installed a triple 24" deep LVL beam in August. I was so proud of the way our preparation and attention to detail came together perfectly today.

Amazing transformation of this kitchen. Complete gut, remove low ceiling, take out a wall, install skylights, new lighting, cabinets, tops, appliances, flooring. We raised two door openings after removing the low ceiling. Super fun clients with a dream. I'm very proud of our team. We also remodeled the master bath, painted the interior, and numerous other "while you are here" projects. One month start to finish.

Coming Soon! We are pleased to have received unanimous approval at the Smyrna Planning & Zoning Meeting tonight. We will be developing the land and building 6 new single-family homes in the desirable King Springs Elementary school district!! Stay tuned for more information.

While our client was away this week reaching the summit of Mt. Whitney, we transformed the bathroom at his loft. His design and selection on everything with our ex*****on. Proud of our team. This is our second project for the client, kitchen is next.

Sometimes it's the small projects that feed the soul the most. It was so much fun to create this feature wall for wonderful repeat clients who are expecting their first child this summer. She sent me a picture of her idea and gave me a blank canvas. Praying for a healthy baby and a lifetime of joy.

Take their ideas, give it vision, and execute the plan! The owners purchased this home with two very small bathrooms and no closet space. We blended the smallest bath, a closet and small bedroom to create a true master suite. Maximizing every possible inch.

Another satisfied customer enjoying their new kitchen. We had to demo the entire floor and reframe with new material to fix the sagging and uneven original framing. I suggested a new layout of the appliances (the range was where the fridge is now and the fridge was in the middle of the room where the three large drawers are now). A new kitchen was a longtime dream for the owners and we are pleased to deliver it to them.

I’m really proud of how this addition turned out because I designed the plans and we executed the build. The front door opened right into a hallway and a bedroom door, now the homeowners have a fantastic foyer room with a large cased opening that really gives a large open feel.

What a transformation to a guest bath and a new laundry space on the main floor. We loved doing this project for some very special friends.

Weather, COVID19, and permitting made for an extended project but the end result was worth it. We are putting the finishing touches on this one. A steep backyard was creating significant water issues and erosion. We terraced the backyard into three stages, installed significant underground drainage and dry river beds on the perimeter to help manage the water. Zoysia sod and new landscaping gave the backyard a fresh look. Permeable pavers helped increase the outdoor living space complete with outdoor kitchen and an awesome covered entertainment space. Huge 8 blade fans help tackle the GA heat. The end result is an amazing outdoor extension of the main house. Perfect for parties and celebrations!

We have a great team of subcontractors. LICA Hardwoods does an amazing job with custom colors and staining. This is 75% classic gray and 25% Jacobean. Incredible results!
