OPERATIONS UPDATE – Don’t go throwing in the towel yet! Winter is still a go here at Snowshoe. Our snowmakers made the most of every minute of cold temperatures over the weekend, and it looks like we’ll be able to continue piling it up nearly every night this week. There’s even whispers of some natural snow on the way but we’re trying to keep the stoke in check – we’ve been hurt too many times…

Snowmaking efforts will continue to be focused on the Basin area as we “circle the wagons” to make sure we’ve got what we need to get to the finish line. We’ve still got a handful of black diamonds hanging tough, including Knotbumper which hasn’t been groomed since November and is sporting some big ol’ bumps. Barring a significant natural snow event, the Western Territory is likely done for the season.

On Spruce we’re letting you have a go at the banked slalom course for a couple days before we start to re-shape it. The Mountaineer Parks crew has a LOT of snow to play with in there so we’re excited to see what they come up with.

We’ve dropped the price of midweek tickets to just $69 a day so get up here and get in on the fun! Better yet, grab your 2023/24 Snowshoe season pass when they go on sale this week and we’ll let you use it for the rest of this season too!

Unfortunately, due to the poor weather conditions, Snowshoe had to make the ultimate decision.
SilverCreek and the Coca-Cola Tubing will not reopen after today for the remainder of the 2022-23 winter season.
