Dwayne Tomah, a Language Keeper and cultural preservationist, has dedicated his life to revitalizing the Passamaquoddy language and sharing the rich heritage of his people. Through this collaboration with Portland Trails Tomah guides participants along the Fore River Sanctuary trail, teaching the original Passamaquoddy names of the land and the stories and wisdom they carry.
