We have the next 2 weeks suddenly open up for Breakwater, our 4 bedroom apartment overlooking the marina in Southwest Harbor. We're offering some strong discounts through Airbnb but if you book directly with us you can save the extra 15-18% Airbnb mark-up (about $600 extra savings).

Huge deck overlooking the harbor and walkable to about a dozen restaurants, playground for kids and plenty of little shops. Dozens of Acadia's trailheads are within 5 minutes of the property and we have lots of suggestions for all ages, abilities and aptitudes!

We just had folks move their 4th of July week stay to later in the summer. Saturday June 29th to Saturday July 6th is available so you can watch the fireworks from your own deck as they shoot off from the middle of the harbor in Southwest Harbor. No fighting traffic after the show to get the kids back to bed! Save $600 for a week this summer if you book direct vs Airbnb or VRBO.

We just opened our books for the first time on our new 2nd story, 3 bedroom apartment “Osprey Nest” overlooking the Marina in Southwest Harbor. Walkable to a dozen restaurants, several other shops, playground for kids and the free shuttle picks up/drops off across the street.

We are a native Mount Desert Island family of over 100 years and this is our 9th season welcoming folks from all over the world to our beloved Island! We have lots of tips of where to go, what to do, what to see and most importantly… where to avoid!

Walkable to about a dozen restaurants in the village of Southwest Harbor with an unofficial Island Explorer shuttle stop right across the street. Owned and operated by a local Island family of more than 100 years, we have lots of suggestions for all hiking abilities, of where to go, what to do, what to see, and what to avoid!
