Jump Right Inn is a floating home located at Flat Hollow Marina on Norris Lake about 1 hour north west of Knoxville. It's a perfect vacation rental for boaters and people who love the water. Bring your boat (or rent one at the marina) because this house is not attached to shore. Boating, fishing and watersports are just seconds away. Feel free to bring a crew because it has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 12),

has 2 baths, a spectacular double deck with a water slide for an enjoyable water/sun experience on the lake. The house has Central AC/Heat, washer/dryer, 50” flat screen TV with Blue Ray,DVD, CD, Wii and stereo w/outdoor speakers. It has a complete kitchen including dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and also a small second refrigerator and freezer.. The large double deck has a gas grill and a swim ladder and that is great for swimming or just lounging. In rear there are 2 Jet Ski docks. Enjoy the view facing Chuck Swan Nature Preserve. Bedroom #1 has a king bed ; bedroom #2 and #3 have a queen beds; and bedroom #4, accessible by ladder, in the private 2nd floor loft has 2 queen beds; outside the loft bedroom is an area with a full size futon bed, a flat screen TV, Blue Ray and Playstation 3.

We already have some weeks booked so call soon. The marina will be closed for the holiday starting tomorrow. Regular biz hours next Monday.

New photos. Prebooking for 2024! We did a complete update in the loft with paint carpet and bedding. In addition updated pics of the rest. Reminder we sleep 12. Three bedrooms down. Two queens and one king. Two full baths with washer and dryer. Loft with two queens and a full. ladder to loft is an easy climb with built in handles and nice angle. Unlimited Starlink internet. Covered boat slip and huge side dock/bar. Co****le boards too. Huge kitchen very well stocked. Let me know if you have questions or want to pre book for next season.B

Hi all our followers. YES are RENTING next year. Flat hollow doesn’t take reservations until Nov/Dec. we would like to offer PRE-BOOKING for 2024. We will personally gaurantee your week if you message us. We have not determined rates yet. Sorry can’t help with that right now. But we want our wonderful previous renters to have first shot. PM us.
We have done an upgrade on the loft with new carpet,paint and bedding. Hoping to have a new upper deck on too! Your rentals make this all possible and we can’t thank you enough.
