The company also has an SBA approved Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (ERLK JV) in effect with one of the regions larger construction firms and has successfully completed a 27 home housing development and community center building. Eagle River employs a staff of project managers, superintendents, operators and craftsmen-a team that has experience and that has successfully completed more than 500 construction and professional consulting projects. Eagle River maintains a perfect L&I safety record (EMR 0.89), high standards of work quality and craftsmanship, technical knowhow, integrity, financial strength (D&B rated), and excellent bonding capacity. Curtiss is a member of the Spokane Indian Tribe and has over forty years experience in building and civil engineering construction projects. Wark, is a licensed Professional Geologist with over thirty-five years of construction/mining management, scheduling and estimating experience together with the successful completion of numerous geological and environmental projects. Together, the owners oversee the company contracts, estimates, scheduling, quality control and safety.
