A little background… Those cuties in the pic are all mine (just missing giant puppy), and we both have full time jobs, so launching our cabin rental on top of these other commitments has been a true labor of love. This area though… the Town of Scott, has been a part of our family for generations and we have loved getting reacquainted with it and teaching our kids about solid work ethic while also emphasizing the importance of quality family time. We look forward to sharing it with others and hearing about the many memories made here.

We have so much to be thankful for, and I’m proud of these kids for their help trimming our northwoods tree! Wishing everyone an amazing holiday season!

Direct summer booking is now available with a 6 night minimum stay for summer!

We do ask that you avoid booking dates that lead to a Saturday check-out/Sunday check-in (which would require weekend turnover), as we want to respect our cleaning crew’s weekend family time. We worked hard to put together a place that emphasizes the importance of being “present” and that promotes quality family time and therefore want to provide our caretakers with a schedule that aligns with these principles as well.

So, with that in mind, make the most of your family time this summer and book a getaway with us - maybe you can even catch a glimpse of the northern lights like we did this summer off the dock! A truly magical bucket list experience!
