Emergency Management Student Association We are a Missouri State University group dedicated to emergency management and public safety.

The Emergency Management Student Association (EMSA) was created to promote emergency and disaster awareness, studies in emergency management and public safety, and professional networking opportunities and experiences. EMSA strives to better the community (both Missouri State's campus and the Greene County area) through emergency management and public safety.
