Community Fundraiser for Janalea and Garrett England

We at Roy’s Restaurant are honored to be hosting a fundraiser for our friends Janalea and Garrett England, owners of Steinhatchee Fish Company. Garrett has been battling illness, and as a result, they have been unable to work in their business. Many of you remember the incredible relief efforts they led for our community during Hurricane Idalia last year. Now it’s our turn to give back to them.

Join us on Saturday, September 21st, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm for a special fundraiser. We’ll be serving pulled pork dinners, complete with Roy’s famous potato salad, a second side, and a roll.

All BBQ dinners are take-out only, so swing by, grab a meal, and help support two incredible members of our Steinhatchee family. Every bit helps!

Captain Tom decided a post Hurricane Debby party was needed as a thank you to all of our customers for their kind words and continued support. Being a part of a small town, especially during times of need, shows you just how many people are there to lend a hand! Our businesses only succeed because of your support. Come into Kathi's tonight to enjoy all you can eat mullet or a hearty steak and FRESH key lobster!!! These beauties are coming in straight off the boats this morning from Marathon! If that isn't enough you will also get to enjoy live music from Cliff Dorsey from 5:30 - 8:30 PM!

We want to let everyone know that today 8/6 and tomorrow 8/7, we will be spending time cleaning and straightening things up after Hurricane Debby. We are incredibly grateful for the prayers and well wishes from our amazing customers. Your support has been incredibly uplifting during this time.

We are pleased to announce that we will reopen on Thursday, 8/8. A huge thank you to our wonderful community for your love and concern for us and our neighbors.

Wondering what to do with all your scallop shells every day? I can tell you this much, they don’t belong in the trash can or river! Go over to Sea Hag Marina and use their disposal barrels. While you’re there you might as well check out the shop and bar too 😉

Please bring your scallop shells to Sea Hag, and we'll take care of the rest! There are four disposal barrels located by the fish cleaning station. ♻️

$75 per ticket/$140 per couple. Tickets include dinner, open bar, and gifts at the table. There will be live music, raffles, silent auctions, and live auctions. CCA will be auctioning off several vacation packages all over the world. All proceeds go to starting a local CCA chapter for our area and waterways. Having our own chapter will allow for more reef projects, oyster projects, and grass rehabilitation projects to help sustain our fishery

You are officially invited to spend the day exploring the Gulf of Mexico. Sink creek is one of the easiest creeks in steinhatchee to navigate. Bring your own snacks, drinks, towels & toys. Dont forget your sunscreen and coast guard approved flotation device. Dek boots are highly recommended. We will be traveling over rocks and oysters.

If you don't have a kayak, borrow one from a friend or rent one at Steinhatchee Outdoor Adventures or Steinhatchee River Inn and Marina.

All proceeds will be donated directly to Steinhatchee Stingrays Recreation Assoc., Inc to help raise funds for a new playground.
