This meal was fire! Wait or was it a banger, or did it slap?(I am entirely embarrassing my teenagers right now🤣) At Beaches Turks and Caicos, all your meals (and drinks) are included! This was at Kimonos, and my vegetarian meal with tofu, veggies, fried rice and noodles! Delicious!!

Happy AHSOKA TANO day!! This day, 16 years ago, Ahsoka was introduced to the Star Wars community. Those that have followed her story have watched an amazing evolution into someone who can inspire us all!

On a personal note, I am so grateful for such a strong character, and can't imagine anyone more perfect than the amazing Ashley Eckstein to bring her to life. Star Wars was never big in my house until I became the mom of 2 boys and they first rode Star Tours at Disney's Hollywood Studios at age 3 and 5. After that it was Star Wars all the time, and the rest is history!

🎨🍲🎉Today kicks off the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! This is SUCH a fun festival and it has hands down the most creative offerings at the Food Studios. Fried mozzarella served on a palette of sauces?! Are you kidding me? But that’s just one of many menu masterpieces you are going to want, trust me.

📌PRO TIP: get yourself one of these wristband gift cards and load it up with your set budget. It’s way too easy to overspend at this festival - you’ll want it all!
