As the season comes to an end, it’s time for me to enjoy my own fishing adventure! For those seeking a challenge and a chance to reel in a giant rainbow trout, I highly recommend . Despite the challenging conditions of the Naknek, we were able land 5 fish measuring over 30 inches!

A couple of years ago I had the amazing opportunity to be apart of the PBS show, “Outside and Beyond the Lens”.
On June 3rd, I received some crazy news! The episode featuring me and Bones fishing on the Kenai river won an Emmy award!! The episode was about Cam’s Kenai Riverfront Lodge, fishing, and some of the other fun things to see and do near the Kenai. I want to send a big thank you to Jeff Aiello and for including me in this project!

So I ended my trip to Xcalak with a total of 12 permit. Thank you for such an incredible trip. I’ve now caught 23 permit in my life and I’m already looking forward to next year! Would anyone ever be interested in me hosting a trip? If interested, please pm me.
